"No-Roll" Pre-Trip Defects
In previous versions of the driver app, drivers could mark ANY item on their pre-trip safety inspection as being defective, including things that disqualify the bus from being driven. These defects would get saved as items on your post-trip, and would only get submitted once you returned back to transportation to do your post-trip inspection.
Now, anytime you select a defect that disqualifies the bus from being driven, you can quickly change to your new bus.
Let's see how it works..
what's new?
Reporting a defect is the same as before. Just tap 'Report a defect' once you've found a defect for this area

Or, conveniently, you can tap "Change Bus", which let's you quickly change to the new bus you'll be switching to since your current bus is not eligible to be driven
