THE FORMS SCREEN
In addition to showing student and stop information for regular SMART tag loading/unloading, your tablet also gives you access to a 'forms' section.
Let's look at what's included in this section of the driver app:
The forms button is always shown on the main navigational toolbar. Tapping it gives you (2) options to select: An Emergency Request or view your seating charts.
NAVIGATE TO THE FORMS SCREEN
The emergency request button gives you a backup method of communicating to your dispatch office. This can be used for example, if your radio is malfunctioning or you are in an area where radio signal is weak and you absolutely need to send some sort of message to your dispatch.
EMERGENCY REQUEST
All you have to do is tap on the appropriate emergency. This will send an instant email your transportation supervisors.
SELECT EMERGENCY TYPE
All you have to do is tap on the appropriate emergency type. This will send an instant email your transportation supervisors.
Tapping Police, Fire, etc. will NOT directly call or notify these offices. It will only send a message to transportation staff.

The seating chart button let's you edit your seating charts while actually on route. The seating chart edit process is the same as the pre-route seating chart. Check out the tutorial on seating charts to walk-through that aspect of the driver app.
