Manual Transition to Next Route Tier
You now have the option to switch to your upcoming route tier by manually tapping a button. In previous school years, the driver app could only transition to the upcoming route tier automatically, when certain criteria were met. Things like:

what's new?
- Arriving at your last stop in the morning and unloading all of your students
- Loading a student onto your bus who is assigned to the next route tier's roster
In this example, the stop highlighted in yellow indicates what stop we are currently at.
We've not yet made it to our last pickup stop on this route, nor have we made it to the school dropoff stop
Despite not yet arriving at our last stop at the school, we can scroll to the bottom of the stop list, and tap 'Transition to this tier', to manually transition our tablet to our 2nd route tier
You'll need to select one of these boxes, as a reason for manually transitioning. Here, my reason is I have no students remaining to pick up/drop off on this route tier.
There's also a text box available, if you like to provide more details about why you manually transitioned
Once you've selected the proper reason, and filled out any details, you can tap 'Transition Tier' to confirm
Before confirming, you can review what your current route tier is..
..and also confirm what route tier you'll be switching to
Just tap 'Confirm' when you're ready to move to this next route tier
Your new route tier is now showing up here at the top of your screen
And you get one last notice that you've transitioned to this new route tier, here
