""No-Roll"" Pre-Trip Defects
Districts can mark specific defect items as "No-Roll" which ensures that drivers DO NOT leave the yard with the bus if a specific defect is marked.
Anytime you select a defect that disqualifies the bus from being driven, you can quickly change to your new bus.
Let's see how it works:

Reporting a defect is the same as before. Just tap the yellow "Report a defect" button once you've found a defect for this area.

This gray prohibited bus icon is used exclusively for 'No-Roll' defects. All other defects are shown with a gray wrench icon.
Let's tap the box for Air Pressure Leaking. When you tap "Done", you'll get a prompt that you've selected a "No-Roll" defect and need to change your bus.
REPORTING A DEFECT

If you've selected this defect type by mistake, you have the option to tap the yellow "Go back" button, which takes you to the pre-trip area.
To proceed, tap the green "Change bus" button that lets you quickly change to the new bus you'll be driving.

After tapping the "Change Bus" button, you'll see this screen where you can type in the replacement bus number you've been instructed to use.

"Soft No-Roll" allows drivers to continue using the bus with staff permission.
The "Hard No-Roll" setting requires drivers to select a different bus when a defect is reported.
When an Emergency Route is selected, Hard No-Roll settings automatically switch to Soft No-Roll.
